The Alliance Teams structure their spring program in collaboration with member organizations of Northwoods Wisconsin Rapids & Northwoods Minocqua for Squirt and Pee Wee levels. Our Alliance Bantam program in Minocqua will work with Hockey Factory FDL and Madison.

Alliance Levels

Our Alliance teams will host teams at the AA, A, and B levels so that skaters can attend proper ability based tournaments.

Team Selection for Squirt & Pee Wee Northwoods Alliance Teams

Each location has skaters sign up to participate on an Alliance team. The first 22 skaters who sign up and pay the deposit will be held a spot to participate on an Alliance team.  Skaters will be assigned an Alliance team with skaters from the other Northwoods Alliance programs from Wisconsin Rapids and Minocqua based on their evaluations or recommendations by a Northwoods specialist.  Wisconsin Rapids and Mincoqua locations will allow a practice player option if the 22 team spots are already claimed.

Bantam Alliance

Skaters who participate in our Alliance Bantam program out of Minocqua will be evaluated and selected onto one of our teams and participate on a team with skaters from Hockey Factory FDL and Madison Bantam Alliance skaters.

For our Northwoods Alliance teams, we will have evaluation date where skaters will be evaluated and placed on a team. If a player can't make an evaluation then we will do some player history and place a skater accordingly. Skaters will be divided into teams based on ability.

Practice Locations

Skaters attend their local programs practice slots and can even attend other members Alliance practices. Each Alliance practice is structured on developing individual skills run by a Northwoods specialist.

Skaters will attend their regional practices on a weekly basis for the spring season. Skaters will come together with their teams for tournaments.

Teams can participate in the tournaments below...
